This four-story house located in Sai Kung has incorporated luxurious details in different refreshing ways. Designers sought a balance between comfort and luxury for residence. This project has delivered a perfect example of modern minimalism with open concept living rooms and striking high-contrast neutral palettes.

An open-layout living and dining area on the ground floor has stretched the versatility of the few decorations to their fullest potential. The design is consistent yet elegantly layered, the continuity punctuated low table contained by thin walls to create a “room within a room” effect.
